The diesel variant of the Silverado 2500HD can tow up to 18,500 pounds of cargo. Along with this the truck also comes with a multi-flex tailgate option, which is available for all trim levels. 

There are two choices of bed sizes for all trims of the 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. You have a standard bed option that is 82.3 inches long by 71.4 inches wide by 21 inches tall, which has a cargo volume of 69.5 cubic feet. The longer bed option has the same height and width but is 98.3 inches long and has a cargo volume of 83.6 cubic feet. Both options have lots of space to move bigger loads that you might need to drive with. 

There are five different trim levels of the Silverado 2500HD that you can choose from, each with their own standout features. Allison 10-speed automatic transmission is also available for this trim as an additional option. Other standard features with the Work Truck trim include the Chevrolet Infotainment 3 system. This means you’ll have a 7-inch color touchscreen, Bluetooth connectivity, USB ports, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay for phones, and a 6-speaker audio system.
