The 2023 model comes with minor upgrades after the refresh in the Chevy Traverse 2021 model. It comes with two new exterior colors—Radiant Red Tintcoat and Sterling Gray Metallic. The steering wheel and knob shift are wrapped in all trims except the base LS trim. 

Chevy Traverse LT is the base trim for this SUV and has enough room to move anything. It comes with Chevy Safety Assist, wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto capability, and active noise cancellation as standard. 

Other features include the Chevrolet Infotainment 3 system with a 7” touchscreen, 18” alloy wheels, heated outside mirrors, and 8-passenger seating with a 2-3-3 configuration. The second-row passenger seat features SmartSlide, allowing quick and easy access to third-row seating. 

Standout features: 

• Tri-zone automatic climate control: Has humidity sensor and individual climate settings for the driver, front and rear passengers.
• Driver mode selector: Gives you real-time control and allows you to select how the vehicle responds to different driving conditions. 

The LT Cloth trim looks stylish, but it’s the additional driver assistance features that make it exceptional. In addition to the standard Chevy Safety Assist, it also features Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert, available HD rear vision camera and surround vision, Rear Park Assist, and Rear Pedestrian Alert. 

It also comes with an 8-way power driver seat with power lumbar control, black roof rails, heated, power-adjustable, manual-folding mirrors with integrated turn signal indicators, a manual liftgate (power, programmable liftgate is available), and an audio-6 speaker system.

• Wrapped steering wheel with mounted audio, cruise, and phone controls.
• Programmable universal home remote that includes remote vehicle starter system and garage door opener. 

The Chevrolet Traverse LT Leather offers elevated comfort and convenience. A programmable liftgate is standard and has a remote vehicle starter system. 

As for comfort, it offers 7-passenger or available 8-passenger seating with premium leather front and second-row seating surfaces. There’s also a 6-way power front passenger seat with power lumbar control, a Driver Information Center with a 4.2” diagonal color display, and a keyless open and start. 

Other notable features include heated front seats, a heated steering wheel with selectable activation, SiriusXM with 360L, wireless charging, and an available Bose premium 10-speaker sound system. 

Standout features: 

• Adaptive Cruise Control with Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking that works with Forward Collision Alert to help avoid front-end collision.
• Available SkyScape sunroof: Power tilt-sliding front with fixed rear skylight and sunscreen. 

The RS trim has upgraded entertainment features, numerous driver assistance features, and a street-smart style. 

The style is evident in the Black Chevrolet bowtie emblems, window trim, fog lamp bezels, and Traverse badges. It also has an exclusive Jet Black interior with Spice Red accents.  

Most of the available driver assistance features in the previous trims are standard in the RS, such as HD Surround Vision, Rear Pedestrian Alert, and Adaptive Cruise Control. Additionally, it comes with Chevrolet Infotainment 3 Plus system with Navigation 4 and an 8-inch diagonal HD color touchscreen. The Bose premium 10-speaker sound system is standard.

With 20” metallic aluminum wheels, chrome roof rails and door handles, a hands-free, programmable liftgate with Chevrolet projection, and body color molding with chrome inserts, this trim takes style to the next level. 

In addition, it comes in three interior color options—Jet Black, Jet Black/Chai, and the exclusive Jet Black/Maple Sugar accents. The seating surfaces are perforated leather-appointed with sueded microfiber inserts. There’s also a power tilt and telescopic steering column, available ventilated and heated front seats and heated second-row seating. 

Standout features: 

• Memory settings: Recalls two presets for exterior mirrors, power driver seat, and power tilt and telescopic steering column.
• Safety alert seat: Uses right, left, or both-side seat vibration pulses to help identify the direction of a potential crash.  

The High Country trim is the best Chevy Traverse offers—expect premium features and style. It comes with 20” polished aluminum wheels, a unique front grille, High Country door badging, a dual-panel sunroof, and a fixed rear skylight with power rear sunscreen. 

Its interior is an exclusive Jet Black with Clove accents and premium perforated leather-appointed front and second rows; the third row is covered with vinyl. Heated and ventilated front seats are standard, and it also comes with floor mats on all rows.
