Performance Specs & Capability

The Silverado EV brings truly stunning performance and power. Edmunds experts report that Chevy made the Silverado EV “more capable than any current rival... the farthest-driving electric pickup in the game.” The Edmunds assessment goes on to note that even the charging speed on the Silverado EV smoked is competitors.

Among this EV’s innovative performance specs is an all-electric powertrain built on an advanced Ultium EV Platform that out-powers the competition. Powered by two electric motors paired to an enhanced battery pack, this potent combination allows for a class-leading driving range of 440-miles—or more. The newest Silverado EV trim, the RST, offers 785 lb-ft of torque and 754 horsepower, along with a towing capacity of up to 10,000 lbs. and a payload capacity of up to 1,300 lbs. With great power comes superb speed and agility, able to go 0 to 60 in under 4.5 seconds. You read that correctly.

Exterior Design

When it comes to expansive, responsive capacity, the Silverado EV brings it. A front-trunk design comes standard on both incoming 2024 EV trim levels, allowing for 10.7 cubic feet of spacious storage capacity. But that’s just the beginning of the Silverado EV’s cargo space flexibility.

The truck bed is 5 ft, 11”, which is 11 inches longer than Ford’s Lightning model and 17 inches longer than most truck beds. The RST trim, however, also brings a fold-down Multi-Flex Midgate that allows both rear seats and midgate to fold down, providing over 9 ft of continuous cargo bed space. This is truly revolutionary design technology. Silverado EVs also come with deep-tinted, solar absorbing glass to keep you cool. Standard on the RST trim is an advanced smart trailering hitch system with Surround-View cameras for 360o protection. This is engineering excellence.
